"Leif was an excellent example of a quality leader. Always brought forth compassion and heart felt feedback throughout numerous occasions. 

His respective expression with empathy always brought out the best in all the reps in the office whether it was at work or outside of work. When coworkers needed an ear, he provided a shoulder, when they were demotivated he would know just what to say in order to awaken the spirit. 

Overall, Leif went above and beyond with work ethic not to only help a business profit, but also ensure clients were always left with a smile and the job was done right no matter how long it took. 

I observed Leif problem solve solutions and empower others to do the same in order to ensure self-reliance and self sufficiency. Traits that a leader and a guider always exuberate.
